The program
Coaching is a support tool which helps leaders recognize and consciously identify their own internal resources. The essential goal is to identify the various impediments to realizing the creative solutions one may come up with, and to eliminate these obstacles. By recognizing and widening their possibilities, the productivity of leaders will improve, leading to an overall improvement of the entire organization. The main goal of the coaching process is to enable the leader to work more effectively, i.e. to feel more secure in his/her role as a leader and work in a way which makes him/her feel good and is beneficial to the organization as well. Specific goals are identified together at the beginning of the coaching process in terms of aspects to be improved. Sessions address themes which have a bearing on development in such fields. Themes may be conflicts and dilemmas or anything else causing the leader to feel insecure and/or stuck. Mutual trust is essential to coaching. We firmly believe that the best way to assist a leader is not to suggest advice or solutions to his/her problems but to assist them to discover the solutions they themselves can work out.
In the course of coaching
  | we provide feedback to the leaders in terms of how they are seen and how we are affected by their actions; |   | we act as a mirror to help them view themselves and the issue from a new perspective; |   | leaders become consciously aware of their strengths and stumbling blocks; |   | we work on the dilemmas and conflicts identified, look for new aspects and experiment with new solutions. |
